Kent Keisel
General Manager
Kent Keisel is an accomplished manufacturing operations executive with over 27 years of experience spanning aerospace, semiconductor, firearms, and other regulated industries. He specializes in lean manufacturing techniques to drive quality, efficiency, and business performance across low-to-high volume production environments.
Raised in Gunnison, Colorado, Kent leveraged his technical education from Gateway to progressively advance through diverse industry roles from the shop floor to leading global engineering teams. He has mastery of the full manufacturing spectrum – from hands-on process engineering on major defense and aviation programs to guiding business growth strategies as a senior manager. As a leader focused on collaboration and accountability, Kent has spearheaded numerous operational excellence initiatives in previous organizations related to ISO/AS certifications, rapid improvement events, 5S implementations, root cause analysis, and optimized production system design.
He welcomes opportunities to apply his wide breadth of manufacturing knowledge and production leadership towards propelling the next chapter of operational innovation for a committed organization. Kent finds purpose in empowering teams, streamlining processes, elevating quality, and delivering customer success through disciplined program management.
